Prestasi membanggakan kembali ditorehkan oleh dua mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Geologi, Universitas Trisakti pada ajang bergengsi UIN Taekwondo Championship 6 yang diselenggarakan di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, Bandung, pada tanggal 15-17 November 2024. Kedua Mahasiswa tersebut berhasil meraih posisi kedua di kelas individu yaitu Raihan Affan Rais dan Wahyu Christianto Dafid. Prestasi ini tidak hanya menunjukkan kemampuan akademik mahasiswa Universitas Trisakti, tetapi juga dedikasi mereka dalam bidang olahraga.

A remarkable achievement has once again been attained by two students of the Geological Engineering Study Program,  Trisakti University, in the prestigious UIN Taekwondo Championship 6 held at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, Bandung, from November 15 to 17, 2024. The two students, Raihan Affan Rais and Wahyu Christianto Dafid, successfully secured second place in the individual category. This accomplishment not only reflects the academic excellence of Trisakti University students but also highlights their dedication to sports.

Kejuaraan ini merupakan salah satu kompetisi taekwondo tingkat nasional yang diikuti oleh berbagai perguruan tinggi ternama di Indonesia. Kompetisi ini menghadirkan persaingan ketat, dengan peserta dari berbagai kategori usia dan tingkat keahlian. Mahasiswa Teknik Geologi Universitas Trisakti yang berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi ini menunjukkan semangat juang yang tinggi, disiplin, dan kerja keras selama masa persiapan.

This championship is one of the national-level taekwondo competitions participated in by renowned universities across Indonesia. It features intense competition with participants from various age groups and skill levels. The Geological Engineering student from Trisakti University who competed in this event demonstrated great fighting spirit, discipline, and hard work during the preparation period.

Prestasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi mahasiswa lain untuk terus mengejar impian mereka, baik di bidang akademik maupun non-akademik. Universitas Trisakti akan terus mendukung pengembangan potensi mahasiswa melalui berbagai fasilitas dan bimbingan dari para dosen serta pelatih yang berkompeten.

This achievement is expected to inspire other students to continue pursuing their dreams, both academically and non-academically. Trisakti University will continue to support the development of students’ potential through various facilities and guidance from competent lecturers and coaches.
