Irena Andisa Maura is an Alumni of the Geological Engineering Study Program, FTKE, Trisakti University. Irena earned her engineering degree in 2007. After graduating, she worked in an offshore oil field owned by an oil company in Indonesia, now Irena is working as a petrophysicist for the largest oil and gas company in the world, ExxonMobil.

Soft skills are non-technical skills but are very important to equip younger siblings in the world of work other than hard skills.
